Williams Development Partners.
Architecting a Scalable Multi-Brand Ecosystem
- Design: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.
- Execution: Multi-Brand Management, Brand Evolution, Presentation Design.
- Web: UI/UX Design, Information Architecture.
01. The Challenge
Williams Development Partners required a sophisticated brand architecture for their parent organization and its three subsidiaries. The goal was to create a "Design System" where each entity—ranging from site civil engineering to heavy excavating—maintained a distinct brand voice and specialized collateral, while still "meshing" together under a unified standard of professional excellence.
02. The Strategy & Role
As the lead for this multi-brand system, I focused on Operational Consistency. My role involved:
- Brand Evolution: Modernizing legacy brands (AP Williams/Mainline) through "Before & After" refinements.
- System Architecture: Developing four unique web experiences with shared structural logic to reduce production overhead.
- Physical Brand Integration: Translating digital identities into high-visibility field assets like van wraps and safety gear.
03. The Brand Family

✦ Brand Expansion
✦ Brand Unification
✦ Sales Assets
✦ Marketing Collateral
✦ Websites
04. The Results
This systemic approach provided the group with the visual authority of a large-scale enterprise. By delivering four distinct brands with zero loss in quality across print, digital, and physical assets, I provided the client with a professional blueprint that supports independent growth for each division while reinforcing the strength of the parent partnership.
